Hi Laurel....What do you mean by a quilt festival? Do you mean displaying others quilts from one blog to post on your blog...all in one place? I think that would be a really cool idea!
I think it means that my blog will be a part of this virtual quilt fest; I need to investigate further.
I looked and it looks like a pretty cool idea/event - go for it!
