Forwarded this to a friend who naively mentioned to me that she wanted to make a string quilt. I gave her 2 gallon bags worth of my strip scraps and send her photos of string quilts for inspiration on a regular basis.
Wow Laurel! They look wonderful! You have such pretty fabrics! And did you square up the sheets? because mine are oblong. Anyways, your is so pretty! Can't wait to see it done. Mine is sewn into 5 long strips right now, and when I get over this gout I'll put a sashing between the rows and quilt it. :)
